How it Works
- For each referral made via our “Refer a Friend" form (and only this form) located assetsure.com/refer-a-friend we will send both of you an M&S £15.00 e-gift card. This promotion will run until 1st February 2025.
- You must be a current Assetsure Insurance policyholder with a live policy at the date you make the referral.
- You must confirm that you have the permission of the person you are referring to us, to send us their contact details and their permission for us to contact them. When we contact them, we will mention your name. They should be aware that we will be telephoning them.
- Both you and the person you are referring must be residents of the United Kingdom and over the age of 18 at the time the application is made.
- The person you refer to us, must be a new customer to us, and not hold a current Assetsure Insurance policy.
- Our definition of friend also includes members of your own family.
- For vouchers to be issued the friends policy much be live for a minimum of 30 days.
- There is no cash alternative, Vouchers are not transferable or refundable.
- Our Insurers reserve the right not to offer a quotation.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make, but they must be claimed during the period the promotion is running.
General Terms
- We reserve the right to vary the terms or withdraw this promotion without notice at anytime.
- We have allocated 1,000 vouchers to this promotion. Once they have been claimed the promotion will end.
- Vouchers are subject to Amazon’s general terms and conditions as stated on the Vouchers and/or their website.
- This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- Force majeure. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right

(b) and to amend or close the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into if this action is taken. - You, and your friend will each receive an email from us with your Voucher after your friend’s first 30 days of cover.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding any of the terms and conditions. You may contact us after 30 days on 0208 0033 190 if you have not received your vouchers.
- Law and Jurisdiction: This promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising out of it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
